cruiser adds 3/12/2009: There is a security camera in the hallway where the entrance is. As well if you want to stand outside on the street stay away from Belmont because the CPD has a security camera on the corner as well. If you go in the vic garage and cruise I suggest you stay in the stairwell till you want to leave and don't walk in and out. GO OUT THE EXIT just so the camera doesn't does not see you leaving as well. Just another note I was there yesterday afteroon I came across another homeless person in the entrance stairwell so you have to watch out for them to. I have came across homeless people numerous times in both the entrace and exit stair wells at the bottom. I suggest if you want to hook up you should use the exit stairwell because it is more private and less traffic.


At the bottom of the main staircase in the parking garage, there is a secluded area where you can or play around. No one uses the staircase except guys looking for action because the elevator is right there.

Neighbourhood: Lakeview

cruiser adds: the door to the parking garage is marked "exit only" you have to walk a little bit south of this door to another door connected to the same garage, marked "3130", different stairwell down, but same setup. You can get to the other stairwell if you want, by going up to the 2nd floor, cutting across the garage and going down the other stairwell to the bottom, identical stairwells and lower levels.

It is the parking garage across from The VIC. Walk inside and go to the staircase next to the elevator. It's all the way at the bottom.
  • Hours:This place is open 24 hours 7days a week!!

    After 11 pm is the best time to go. There are always guys checking things out down there.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:It's mostly guys walking by looking to get or to . All types, usually hot and drunk younger guys walking home from the bars. Best in the winter, when guys don't want to go into alleys anymore.
  • Nudity / Policy:Stay away from the residential floors (4 and above). You just don't want to be caught up there. No one ever goes down this staircase (as they use the elevators right next to it) except guys who are specifically looking for action. As with all places, use caution.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / N/A
  • Warnings:It's a safe location.

  • Hey Miami,

    I've had the same experience. I don't think this is a good cruising area more a good meeting place. Those that are posting about the action usually post when they are going and seem to have a following. Not my idea of a good time, more likely the police are going to sting this place at some point since it seems to be by appointment only.

  • Guys I do agree wit u it can be dead here from time to time. Its seems by appt only. But when guys usally post on the board there is somebody here. When I go it is when I have time and there is mostly nobody here but I discreetly stand outside the door and cruise the guyz walking by. You are BOYS TOWN hello!!! I get lucky that way. Maybe cuz I know what I am doing but anyway. There is also alot of homeless people that tend to sleep om the stairwells to so watch out for them. Both stairs are used to hook up in. Here is what I do guys if nobody is there I go out the exit door and stuff a napkin in the lockhole to the outside u have to do it quickly so nobody see u doing it. THat way the outside door wont lock and it just closes. Then I stand right outside and cruise and wait then bring somebody back in that way. REMENBER there is a camera in the entrace hallway but it is most likley used incase somebody gets robbed! So that is why I do that to the exit door so they don't see me walking in and out if they review the tape. You have to work smarter and not harder when it cumz to cruising I learned that along time ago. If anybody wants some tips etc dont be shy hit me up!!!   • Yes, go in stairway door on your LEFT when you enter at 3130. Then go DOWN and you'll be in the correct location at the end. If you want to go over to the other side, just go up to the 2nd floor (via stairs you entered in the first place), walk through the garage and go over to the other stairway and go all the way down. You can also EXIT on that side if you like.
