I would think that charging at the door (whether it's a "donation" or not) and having a regular schedule makes it a business. Add "sexually-oriented" business on top of that and you're probably crossing a number of lines, legally. By not rotating the location or using hotels, having regular hours and as many people coming through as reported in the description, I'm surprised the neighbors didn't report it earlier. Discretion, people!

Yes, it's all true, unfortunately the parties have been stopped for the reasons stated below. The Elk Grove cops got wind of this and threatened the hosts with arrest if they continue with their activities, they (the cops) also informed the landlord as to what was going on and the owners of the parking areas to. The landlord threatened the hosts with eviction but later relented after being promised that the parties would stop. So after 7 very SUCKcessful years of providing GREAT parties and a great enviroment for group sex...this is how it all ends, not with a BANG but with a whimper. It's a total fucking shame how ONE unsatisfied person could ruin such a great thing for so many. As a previous poster lamented...I sure hope Karma finds this person and does a number on his ass. So long BareJacks, It was GREAT while it lasted !!

What a bunch of bullshit, word was that the offended asshole that made the report had attended one of the parties. Now I don't know about you guys but if you RSVP for the party, you'd have to think one would know what type of party its going to be. What a fucking douche bag whom ever that was that made the report. The fucking loser needs to get a life and it would be better if he takes one in the after life.

Word is this event has been shut down indefinitely after a visit by police this week.....an email went out to the email list announcing no more events effective immediately. Seems someone was offended by the activity and reported it to local authorities who told them if they did another event they would be arrested.
