Ok people, now let's get in formation. Yet again, Slo 'Mo falls during a crucial time when we must bond and band together as community. Slo 'Mo Thurs at the Whistler will kick off three days of #WomenMarch motivated formations; please see below for how you can get involved and help us spread the word. Visbility and solidarity matter! Thurs 1/19 9pm-2am - Slo 'Mo at the Whistler with Audio Jack and Kristen Kaza Fri 1/20 7pm-10pm - March sign making at Reunion, Kristen's Humboldt Park coworking/event studio, 2557 W. North Avenue. (Please bring extra materials or some dollars for them) Sat 1/21 8am - Coffee, last minute sign making and gathering at Reunion. We will leave from here and voyage downtown to the March together Reunion & the Whistler are both wheelchair accessible spaces and provide all-gender restrooms for Slo 'Mo engagements. Slo 'Mo at the Whistler Thursday will be photographed. If you wish to not have your photo used, please connect with Kristen or Jack in on site so we may inform the photographer. Slow jams for homos (and their fans) is Chicago's party for lovers with Kristen Kaza and Audio Jack, spinning R&B, soul, hip hop, jazz and funk from the seventies to today. Slo ‘Mo is a party that unites people of all identities, bodies and expressions through the celebration of slow jams and community. Parties take place throughout Chicago including its monthly residency the third Thursday of each month at the Whistler, a wheelchair accessible space.
