There are 3 cubicles and one nearest urinals has holes in door. Small ones. Best to get there and if that cubicles locked then stand at urinals and play with your . Best try anytime in the day - there is a local lad who will do anything and he's very cute/passive. Also very nervous - he goes in frequently. Open all day every day but closes nighttime. Be careful - parking wardens hut is next door and cameras are around so choose your time and don't make loads repeat visits unless from different approaches... tends to be case - you play at stands then cubicle door opens...
