Best times: All day, gets busy around lunch time and when it is getting dark is the best time. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Just walk in and wait. There is one cubicle, but just stand at the and watch...or join in.

- Warnings:Just be wary of a night when it is dark. But is generally pretty good.
