Kingswood Woods

Danesholme Rd

Is This Your Business?

Small woods, usually quiet, apart from odd person walking a dog. Plenty of quiet places to meet up or wait and see who comes by. Just have to be patient, area is fairly secluded all round, obviously wooded area so expect a bit of mud here and there.

Neighbourhood: Kingswood, Beanfield, Danesholme

Easy to get to off of any surrounding roads (Gainsborough Rd, Colyers Avenue, Dainsholme Rd) with several paths leading in from different points on each side. Park up on Colyers or Gainsborough Rd and walk in through any open path you spot head for the middle where the path widens to find some action.

  • Hours:Open all the time but best in the evening after around 8pm as it's dark or getting there. All through the night after that should be fine, into the early hours of the morning. Don't bother during daytime as is a popular shortcut for Kids going to and from school. Best time i've been was around 1am onwards until around 3am on a weekend, plenty of guys looking for action after the towns nightclub and pubs start to shut.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Generally head for the large track through the middle, hang around and see who comes along, if they catch your eye move off to a spot off to one side and see if they follow. At the best times (late on weekends mostly) get plenty of curious guys (18-30) seeing what they can find after they've been on a night out.
  • Nudity / Policy:Public outdoors place so as usual be discrete, again best go there late and when it's dark. If you're going to get totally naked together find a spot well out of the way unless you're after an audience.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Woods, so not really weelchair friendly.
  • Warnings:Avoid during the day as used as shortcut by kids to going to school and back. Strictly a summer place as it gets super muddy when it's rains. Only bother when it's dry, best wear old footwear when you do go just in case. Never heard of any trouble but it's public so keep your wits about you.
