Situated in the Triangle Square Shopping Center. From Highway 55 turn right (at signal) onto 19th Street. Gym on left side, two lights down.

This is a better gym of choice because of the communal showers (as in, no stalls or walls!), so everyone's one big happy family. There's also the typical sauna and steam room, but the shower's where it's at. Any time is good, even in the middle of the night on any night.

Early in the Mornings are good to between 4:30 and 6:30, real private fun in the shower and steam room. Get a FULL body workout! See Me there Jeff
