Coming from 97 towards Annapolis, take the Route 3 exit towards Bowie. There is a Shopping center on the left hand side with a couple shops, a K-mart, and a grocery store. The parking lot behind the K-mart and Grocery store. Park and wait...

I've been through there a bunch of times and never find anyone there. Is this still a good spot? If so, when?
