Who's Coming

Mostly white, middle-aged, married guys, but also some young mountain biker-types.

Veteran's Acres has several entrances. The park is located between terra cotta on the east, rt 176 on the south, walkup and the west and hillside on the north. Best entrance for cruising is the Stern's woods entrance located off of Hillside. Very secluded and I have never seen any patrols.
Cross street: rt, 176
  • Crowd:Mostly white, middle-aged, married guys, but also some young mountain biker-types.
  • Hours:Any.
Best times: Hard to say. This is not a very active place yet. It has lots of potential though, especially now that moraine hills has become risky.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Back car in if looking to hookup. Make eye contact and simply ask guys what they're looking for.
Cruisiest Spots: Stern's Woods entrance of Hillside. Take the gravel rd to the parking area. Lots of secluded, wooded areas for playing.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / I've seen several guys jacking and sucking in the woods.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:None really. Never seen any patrols at stern's woods. Use discretion, don't be stupid.

whos coming to Veterans Acres-Stern's Woods

  • I don't know who said this is a cruisy spot, but if you go to the parking lot, there is the backyard of a house right there. You would have to act completely normal, and meet on the trails, or the family living there is going to get pretty suspicious. I'm not talking about the ranger house, I'm talking about a familys house right on the ridge overlooking the parking lot. They don't need to patrol with a house right there. I wouldn't advise this place, unless you park, and act like you're going to go walking in the woods. There is no way to play in this parking lot without being seen.
