Higgins Hall. The lowest level. NOT the annex (that's the part with the black-floored hallways), this is located in the original building (with the maroon-floored hallways). You'll see a student lounge with vending machines and couches - the bathroom is a couple doors to the right of this, on the same side of the hallway. This is a really cruisy spot.
