There are lockers, a sauna and 2-3 shower s with curtains on them. Also, two urinals and one .

Take I-94 either East or West to Telegraph south and follow that to the address.
Cross street: Carlysle and Penn St.

  • Hours:6am-10pm.
    Best times: Anytime but very early and late work best.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Go to the basement and there are locers there. Make eye contact and start up a conversation. There is a in the basement, tap foot AND cough if interested. Also there is a sauna and showers could meet in either. I've also noticed the couple times I've hooked up there, asking to spot someone is a good way to pick them up, as well in the gym part.
    Cruisiest Spots: The mens locker room in the basement.

  • Warnings:Just be discreet and quiet - not that big of a locker room.

  • will be working out here today and tomarrow around 2pm for about an hour or so, ill be working out my chest and arms, ask me for a spot and comment on my arms is u want me to meet you downstairs. Once your down there get a hard on and be in the shower with the curtin open ill come on in,
