On foot: from Rome city center go to "Ostiense" railway station easy to reach by underground. Take the train to Ostia, get down at the last stop. Just out the station take bus to Torvaianica, ask for Capocotta beach.

By car: from Rome take Cristoforo Colombo road to the seaside, at the seaside go south, pass all the gates on the right, after the last one try to park when you see the rainbow flag. If you reach the Torvaianica sign you are beyond the right point.

* Crowd:Some very fit hunks, and some ordinary guys. * Directions:Easy by car or bus (check with London Transport), walking distance from East Finchley or get a bus 263.
