Best times: All times during the day, and into the evening.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Make sure both doors are closed, it give the most warning. Wait in a (there is a small hole in the restroom closest to the stairs).
Cruisiest Spots: Toilet in the basement.The one in the north east corner is the most private.
Wheelchair Accessible:No
Warnings:Sometimes you have to wait quite a long time.
Warnings: Older guys look very suspicious going into this building.
