    he monument area is "only" part of the entire Mines of Spain area, or PARK. Most of the cruising occurs in the parking areas or the trails. In fact the monument area will be closed during the winter!

  • This site should be called Mines of Spain. The monument itself has very little action. Most action occurs within the park. Be it the parking areas or the walking trails. The monument area is closed in the winter.
