This is a small town so finding a cruising spot is a real surprise. But it's clear what goes on at this place. First off, it's a public park. But it's the location that makes it possible. Here's the setup: Parking spots, picnic tables, a few tables, and 24 hours restrooms (currently no lighting in the men's room). Guys are incredibly closeted here. Most at least. So discretion is a must. But it works the same as anywhere else. Guys will park somewhere around the perimeter of this corner; by the picnic tables or further down Bullis Street closer to the restrooms. Guys mostly sit in their cars and wait for you to make a move. But remember, this is a public spot and families and straight people are there until dark and slightly after. Even as late as midnight. Plus straight couples also go there meet and make out (probably cheating on their spouses). So be cautious about approaching someone.
But the reason this place works is because you can see people coming from a 360 degree view. There is no way you can be caught by surprise. You will see car headlights coming from blocks away. You can even be together in the park and have enough time to zip up.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Like mentioned earlier. Make sure you are approaching a guy alone in a car. Str8's go there too. The more confident guys will approach you or get out of their car and sit on one of the picnic tables. Or they may walk over to the restrooms then it's easy. It is quite dark around the restrooms and you can stand at a distance and make it clear you are there for fun by rubbing your crotch. Then just get closer and closer and if he doesn't run it's on. There are plenty of spots to get a look at what you are cruising before you get too close. But remember that most guys are incredibly closeted here and very discrete.
I've met and seen all types. Best time was with a married guy and dad who was so into it he surprised me. He was totally relaxed and comfortable which was also a surprise since most guys seem mortified. I brought him home and he let me him. And he kissed. Other guys come just to guys off. Others are drunk and may not be terribly attractive who expect a blow job. It's amazing that some "straight" men think a gay man will blow anyone. The most fun part is finding guys who really want man but are scared. Some guys I've met get so excited they the second I touch their .
