Take I95 north from baltimore to exit 74 and pull into the rest stop area. Take 95 South from Delaware to exit 74 and pull into rest stop.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Either sit in your car or blink lights. Also get out if you want.
    Cruisiest Spots: Anywhere in the parking lot.

  • Warnings:Guys who don't get out of there cars or people who just sit around and not do anything but take up a parking space.
    Warnings: State troopers may drive up and down the ramp by the parking lot. Try to stay alert of their dark colored cars.
