Lots of joggers in this area are gay and always . I'm one of them.

It's directly accross the river from the Parliment Grounds, Kingsmin Sports Center area. You drive into the grounds and head down the road towards the high level bridge. Once under the bridge you hit a smal jog in the road then there will be a parking lot on your left. Park there and enjoy.
  • Crowd:Lots of joggers in this area are gay and always . I'm one of them.
  • Hours:After dusk is most active.
    Best times: Best time to go is summer, spring. Some cruisers go there in winter, but if your looking for some young hotties summer is the best time to go.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Try heading into the many nearby bushes.
    Cruisiest Spots: Summer: picnic tables. Winter: your car.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / Yeah get naked! There's lots of spots to do that I haven't seen any cops there.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / It's a large open area. If you think you can handle winding paths and secluded bush spots, it's great for all.
  • Warnings:All types of people use this area, joggers, bikers, dog walkers. Gay and not so gay so be discreet.

  • I was here one day walking along the paths and I found a pile of randomly assorted clothes on the uppermost path directly under the High Level Bridge. Does anyone know what the deal with that is?

  • Drove into here last night at about 1AM. This place has tons of late night potential currently as it seems no-one goes here especially the cops.

    This may be, until it gets known by the boys in blue, a good late night, early morning hook-up spot. As well, although I am not positive, one may be able to park, and walk into the bushes and strip down for some sun during the day but not exactly sure what it is like once you leave the parking lot. But. ???

    I will definitely be here again.

    This spot is a great one, unlike Queen E park, you are not so in the open when you enter the area, I find queen E is a tad exposed, people can clearly see you come and go, I have driven by a number of times, seeing guy try and turn out of the lot is aweful....everyone knows whats happening there!, i know the south side of the river is not the regular place, but c'mon guys give it a try, it would hurt to break up the river valley cruising areas a bit.
    Besides the south side of the river rarely has patrols, unlike queen E in the summer months.

The description above is indeed for a site on the south side of the river - and while I have walked by on occasion on my way home from the university, I have never found any action at this south side site.

  • I have been there a few times and have not hooked up yet. i think it is a great area so i will comtinue to go down. I usually park and sit at a table in a pull over area down the gravel road. Sometimes I walk west of that area.
