I-90 east from Seattle, turn on to I-82 eastbound and go towards Yakima. Viewpoint is at Mile Post 24 at the top of first hill; there are 2 viewpoints, one on each side of I-82, I have had more luck at the westside viewpoint. Truck parking area. Tap brake lights for company.
