Est from Elmira, NY or West from Waverly, NY or Sayre, PA. Follow NY route 17 (Future I-86) respectively. Take exit 58 (Lowman / Wellsburg) head towards Lowman. At first stop sign after exiting off ramp turn right. Park and ride is on the right just off of the intersection. Pull in and park towards back of the lot.

Best times: After dusk. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Just act like you belong there and quietly cruise for other guys looking for the same thing. It may be best to take any play into the woods or best yet someplace else due to the size of the place and the possability of state troopers patrol. However they usually leave you alone as long as you aren't obvious as to what you are doing there.
