All day but most cruising after 5 pm stay in woods as usual not everyone is cruising best place find rocks at end to left. Look for unmarked trail Saturday nights and Sundays are kindda cruisy. Have seen people even fucking after midnight on blankets closer to the overlook it's dark have fun but clean up after yourselves.
Who's Coming
State Line Lookout is a scenic overlook on the Palisades with a refreshment stand and gift shop. It is situated at the highest point on the Palisades Cliffs (elevation 527 ft.), about a mile south of the New Jersey–New York state line. The area is open every day during daylight hours only. There is no fee for parking.

- On trails daylight. Off trails and cars evenings stay farthest left. There are three lookouts on Palisades Parkway. First one north of GWB is Rockefeller. The second one "no name". Just rest areas, no facilities of any kind, just on the side of the parkway above the Hudson River. Third is the state line lookout, down a road, not at the side of the parkway as is the others. NOT OPEN AFTER DARK, ROAD IS BLOCKED!
