Darked steam room - door is usually hard to see through because of the steam, but go to the side areas for privacy. You'll hear somoone opening the door in pleanty of time.
Crowd: Many different types - serious about fitness, then the occasional gym types. Mostly mid 20s to early 40s.
Facilities: Very large and modern gym.

Facilities

TTC - to Islington Subway Station, then Islington 110 bus south to Norseman. Big building with back lit sign - easy to see on West sie. By Car Islington between Queensway and Bloor.
Cross street: Norseman Street
  • Crowd:Many different types - serious about fitness, then the occasional gym types. Mostly mid 20s to early 40s.
    Facilities: Very large and modern gym.
  • Hours:Generally 6am until 11pm on weekdays, weekends 9 til 5pm.
    Best times: Later afternoons on weekdays. Mid-day on weekends.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:The Steam Room is the best as they have given up on proper lighting after may attempts at repairs. When you go in the door go immediately to your left and have a seat - start up a friendly conversation, you'll be surprized.
    Cruisiest Spots: The Steam Room.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:There are many straight people so use your discresion. Also, be quick to disengage if you are visited by new company. Works best with just 2 of you.
