The foot of DelNorte St.
It's just south of Wabash Avenue. Go south on Broadway just past Wabash and turn right at Del Norte. There's a public fishing dock at the end on Humboldt Bay. There's a parking lot a rec area on the left. Hang out there or take a walk into the bushes to see if you can find action.
