The casual, exposed brick space is also bigger than it looks, but its four levels have just about every amenity you'd need. It's aesthetically pleasing - high ceilings, exposed brick. EAC offers numerous free classes to members, including rock-climbing (they have their own climbing wall and offer free open-climb sessions) a four-story climbing wall. They offer the usual pilates, yoga, martial arts, etc. They also offer more advanced and one-on-one classes, which are not free, but the free offerings are great considering most gyms charge for all classes. The gym facilities are great - clean, new equipment, many workout machines and free weights (Cybex and cardiovascular equipment), massage rooms and daycare. In the upstairs cardio room, half the cardio machines have their own LCD TV screens! That alone makes it worth the membership - catch up on TV while at the gym.
They offer free towels, nice locker rooms which are always clean and direct access to the pool via the locker rooms. The locker rooms contain their own saunas and whirlpools. All of which are a bit secluded and semi private within the wet areas. Since these are in the locker rooms, guys usually for go suits and go naked.
As for membership fees, they offer a vast range of membership programs (a la carte) pending your needs and if you live in town, or outside of it. As well if your insurance you have offers to pay part of your membership, etc. Day memberships are available as well as purchasing services for massages.

EAC is located on the East side of Benson Street, between Church Street (to the South) and Clark Street (to the North). One block south is the Chicago Metra Davis Station (Purple line, Evanston Express).
South of EAC on the East side of the street (across from the Davis Station) is a public parking garage that does charge for parking. There are also parking meters on every street. (Evanston does not have a single free parking spot.)

Friday: 5:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am - 10:00pm
Best cruising times are during the day between 11am to 1pm. Fridays after 3pm till close, Saturdays after 10am till close. Sundays are hit or miss. Mondays are a bit busy with people losing the weekend pounds from going out, but can be good for eye candy. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Best places to hook up are in the wet areas in the locker room, such as the sauna, showers and whirl pool. If you are cruising, hang your towel on a hook and leave it there while in the wet area, use the sauna and whirlpool naked. While in the wet areas, stroke your a few times to show your intent.
Guys who go here are the college frat types to business executive types ages from mid 20's to late 30's, athletic types a good number are from the nearby Northwestern University. - Nudity / Policy:Nudity is allowed in the locker rooms and private massage rooms only. I have seen guys in G-strings in the pool area hooking up before going to the locker room wet areas to expose and play.
In the private massage rooms, if you are naked, you can expect from the provider anything from a casual glancing touch to a hand job, all depends on the provider, the time of day and trust level (its hit or miss). This is not an official offer from the club, but from the provider servicing you at the time, no money is asked for the service, just happens if your naked. - Wheelchair Accessible:No / There is an elevator and ramps
