There is a smaller park beyond the parking lot and then trails. Go way back for nude action, but bring bug spray later in the Summer. Near restrooms there is a trail that goes up a hill, so you can see who is driving into the park. Therefore, pretty safe to see county sheriff entering the park. It is a county park and not a city park. 12/16/04 A cruiser reports: it is a very cruising park young guys come out after 6 to 8 pm.

one mile east of Faribault City limits and approximately 1/8 mile north of Highway 60 small sign marking park, gravel road.
  • Crowd:All ages and types from southern Minnesota. Faribault, Owatonna, Northfield.
  • Hours:Park closes from sunset to sunrises.
    Best times: Afternoons and early evenings.
    Dates open: Park closes from sunset to sunrises.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Smaller parking lot at entry. Walk towards park and there is also a restroom.
    Cruisiest Spots: Lots of hiding spots in the back of the park to sunbathe.
  • Nudity / Policy:Sometimes, back in the park.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Heavily wooded in the back. It happens to be the back of a farm, so no one would know you were there.
    Warnings: Pretty safe, as on one hill you can see who is driving in the park. Usually only 4 or 5 people here at any time, even on the busy weekends.

  • Walked the woods with a sweet looking guy in shorts and a red baseball cap. We were interupted by a regular/stalker and couldn't get too comfortable.
    If you read this, get ahold of me and we can find a time with more privacy...
