The Cove Spring Park/Nature Preserve consists of approximately 100 acres of wetlands, streams, springs, waterfalls, forested ravines, and other natural and historic features. The Park is located at the northern City limits off US 127/Holmes Street. The park is intended
for activities such as walking, hiking, nature observation, environmental education, picnicking and other passive activities. The park features the following facilities:
* Two miles of trails with interpretive signs (a portion of trail is handicapped accessible)
* Interpretive center with displays on natural and historic features
* Shelter and picnic facilities
* Portable restrooms

Neighbourhood: Frankfort

Follow US 127 like you are leaving Frankfort to go to Owenton or take Homes St. from down town out to US 127 north as you are about to go up US 127 north just before big hill it is there on the right turn in and make the next left
Cross street: Homes St. and US 127

    Best times: lunch times are the best
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:just act normal and walk up the trails
    Cruisiest Spots: Holly Trail you can find it on the map in the parking lot
