From US441&US64 go 3.7 miles
Take right onto Old Murphy Rd go about .2 miles
Take Left onto Wayah Rd go 3.1 miles
When you see the pedestrian sign slow down - it's just around the corner
Park entrance accross the road from LBJ Job Corps
  • Hours:Open sun up to sun down
    Best times 10AM-2PM & 4PM-7PM
    Closed during the winter
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Park - watch for guys to walk into wooded areas
    All kinds of guys go here
    Like most places sometimes it's hot sometimes it's not - most of the time it's good
  • Nudity / Policy:No - If you "do" anything here - make sure you are away from the picnic areas into the secluded wooded areas.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes
  • Warnings:As anywhere - you need to be smart - forrest rangers do patrol this occasionally - light green vehicles
    Summertime - can be too busy with picnic's on weekends

  • was there this evening twice once around 3:15 and again around5:00 both times there was a forest ranger in a white explorer and a guy talking to him in a purple/dark blue pt cruiser. does anyone know whats going on with this or the guy in the pt cruiser is he cool?
