Is This Your Business?

Secluded picnic area along the banks of the Monocacy River... sorrounded by trees, others walking down the path leading to the site are easily seen from a distance, allowing sufficient time to get your together
Crowd: I've enjoyed several straight (?)married fishermen who caught this common white sucker with their impressive worms, a couple of construction workers on their lunch break and/or on their way home from work who needed to relieve some pressure before going home to the wife and kids, and was fortunate enough to savor an off-duty Park Ranger.

  • Doesn't look like anyone's been here in a while. Makes me wonder how many guys actually stop by this place.

I go past here often on my way to/from Frederick and do see vehicles in the parking lot.

Let me know if you go to this place...and score

  • Stopped by this afternoon around 2 on my way back from Frederick. FYI - hunting season is going on - squirrel mostly. Walked back along the path and came upon a really hunky red-headed hunter in camo and orange - with his shotgun. Real friendly and thought he was "one of us" - but he gave none of the signs - dammit! :-) So play it safe and wear orange and keep an eye out!

  • Stopped by this afternoon on my way back from work in Frederick. Other than a hot guy in a pick up with three dogs (straight) - no action. Hit me back if any interest after between the 26th and 31st!
