Route 9 to East Freehold Rd.proceed 2 miles to facility on right. Alternate route is route 18 to route 79. Proceed 1 mile toward Freehold to East Freehold Rd. Make a right turn, facility is on jeft just past soccer fields.

    Best times: Any time after the morning crowd leaves around 10am till closing.

  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Stairs to go up to all male fitness center may be a problem for some.

  • Yes you must be a member for sauna,hot tub and steam room where all the action is.A member can bring a guest for $7 but only to swim in the pool.

  • Yes a lot of local cops do work out there some are required by there department and some just go there to workout. I don't believe they are looking for guys to arrest, but I for one wouldn't push things. If someone doesn't show interest move on and remember what YMCA stand for Young Men Christian Assoc. Also I do believe it is ileagal to have cameras in bathrooms/showers and locker rooms.

  • A lot of cops go here. DON'T GO! Someone got arrested there last week! They dragged him out of the locker room. AND! They have cameras everywhere! Don't Risk It!
