They have gutted out the old Dillards first 2 floors and have created hundreds of cages for the Mercado, for merchandise, it is new now so many of the cages have not been leased. There is a huge sitting area with several leather couches right outside of the bathroom area to sit a cruise for the right guy. I definitely see potential here. The family bathrooms are very large, the have a sink and a large and small toilet for adults and kids.

Cross street: Seminary - Hours:The have recently started the remodeling of the mall, probably regular mall hours 10:00am to 9:00pm, maaaaaybe even later.
Best times: Weekends and all day. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Check out the dark reflective tile for mirror like views into the next . Since there will be so much traffic< I can imagine that friends will go in together, it will make it easy to take tricks in as "friends".
Cruisiest Spots: The new bathrooms, located between the food court and the new Mercado (formerly old Dillards). They have 12 family restrooms in addition to the mens and womens, these 12 bathrooms have locking doors for friends/families/tricks. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes
- Warnings:People that are unsanitary and do not clean up after themselves.
Warnings: There are several security cameras throughout the Mercado, only one in the hallway to the family bathrooms and one out side of the mens and womens.
