She is a graduate of SMU Dedman College of Law. Claire will speak on case law and legislative updates regarding LGBT parenting issues in Texas. General topics will include standing issues for LGBT parents and how the parent-child relationship can be established, birth certificate issues, and the “Freedom to Serve Children Act.”
