DESCRIPTION:

Admission to the Dallas Arboretum is discounted to $5 per person and includes complimentary admission into to the Rory Meyers Children's Adventure Garden. Tickets available at the gate only. Guests can enjoy $2 hot dogs and root beer floats. The weekend includes special readings with the Gary Lee Price's Delbert the Dragon and his book club statues in the shady Pecan Grove at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. The Roald Dahl's 100th birthday celebation with themed activities in the Children’s Adventure Garden on September 3-4. The Suessical Musical by Dallas Children's Theater with their fantastical 16-member cast based on the works of Dr. Seuss.
