MTV RE:DEFINE returns for its sixth year. This dynamic exhibition and auction will be held at Dallas Contemporary and will bring together iconic and specially commissioned artworks by established and emerging talent with the help of renowned curator, Neville Wakefield. Proceeds benefit the MTV Staying Alive Foundation and Dallas Contemporary. The MTV Staying Alive Foundation is a global HIV prevention and awareness charity that is 100% donor funded. The Foundation operates with a simple vision - to stop the spread of HIV before it starts. By funding young people running grassroots prevention projects, and producing content that raises awarenss to global youth, the Foundation fights HIV the smart way. Dallas Contemporary is a non-collecting art museum presenting new and challenging ideas from regional, national and international artists. The institution is committed to engaging the public through exhibitions, lectures, educational programs and events. Dallas Contemporary is a not-for-profit charity registered with the State of Texas and the Internal Revenue Service.
