Hosted by Vivikah Kayson-Raye Categories; Presentation - Bloodbath. 3 minutes GOWN - Gothic Formal wear. Talent - must have a Halloween vibe - 7 minutes 10 bonus points per category for use of blood visually. The pageant is judged primarily on adherence to theme and entertainment value!!!! Everything should be exciting!
