Imperial Court Presents: Mr and Miss FireCracker Competition. This is a part of the Monarchs Express weekend. Join the IRSCDEI as we crown our new Mr and Miss FireCracker 2017. Pay homage to the Mr and Miss FireCracker 2016 as they step down. There will be other performances throughout the night. Come out and support us and see the new changes we've made to all our competitions. We will have a Raffle, Jello Shots, Reign 19s Emperor Koko Wayves, Empress Misty Waves, and a whole lot of fun.
