Recon takes its harnessing and promotion of fetish to the extreme once again as FETISH WEEK LONDON returns for an eighth annual filthy outing, spread across eight days and meeting the needs and demands of degenerate interests full throttle, from classic confrontational leather to pups on all fours, from the rubbery to the sporty. Venues include leather/rubber stalwart The Backstreet, Islington club Electrowerkz and Vauxhall hot spots Fire, Lightbox, The Royal Vauxhall Tavern and Bloc South. This year's community-conscious roster features nine official and heavily contrasting public events, including its heaving and sweaty Saturday night centrepiece party at the very popular indoor/outdoor Coronet Theatre, which has had a stay of execution for yet another year, pending redevelopment of Elephant and Castle.
