Her stories have appeared in The New York Times, Salon.com, xoJane, Brain, Child and Jewcy.com, and have aired on NPR and PBS. She is the founder of the Knight award-winning, true-stories reading series Lip Service. She is also producer, teacher and host of the podcast Writing Class Radio. Andrea grew up in Miami where she lives with her wife, Victoria, and children Natasha, Sebastian and Beast.
