Janis Joplin. Amber channels Janis in this 90-minute live musical rock showcase of the beloved singer's greatest songs. Amber has chosen her own personal favorites along with Janis’ greatest hits as well as many true and magical stories from hers and Janis' life. The one-time Miss Nederland, Captain of her high school drill team, and four-time Headliner in the Gulf Coast Music Hall of Fame’s Annual Janis Joplin Birthday Bash, Amber knows what it was like to grow up an artistic freak in a Southern refinery town smack in the middle of the Bible Belt.
