On February 17th, 2017, Manmade Productions is teaming up with Microsoft to host a work preparedness workshop for the transgender, and gender non-conforming communities along with all their allies. Anyone looking for tips on job acquisition and retention or transitioning while employed should make plans to attend. The workshop will be held at the Microsoft Flagship store in Manhattan located at 677 Fifth Avenue in New York, N.Y. There will be a “What to Wear to Work” fashion show hosted by HousingWorks, Expert advice, and guidance on work-related topics from skilled Microsoft professionals, and a “Turn Your Business into a Business” presentation led by Tamaira Manmade. There will also be free food, gift bags and metro cards for attendees who arrive promptly. The workshop will begin at 3 p.m. sharp and all give-a-ways are first come, first serve.
