DESCRIPTION:

Please join Mazzoni Center's Trans Care Services team and Leeway Foundation as we gather to mourn the loss and celebrate the lives of the 8 trans people that have been murdered since the beginning of the year. Speakers will include leaders from the community followed by a candlelight vigil. We'll be serving food and refreshments. Tokens will be available for those that need them. Resources will be available for ways to take action addressing violence against trans women of color nationally as well as locally in Philadelphia.
