DESCRIPTION:

Philadelphia Family Pride is proud to present a School Fair for LGBTQ Communities on Saturday, April 29th from 12-2pm at the William Way LGBT Center at 1315 Spruce Street in Center City Philadelphia. This event will feature representatives from public, charter and private schools that cover all ages and grades as well as information on homeschooling. The event is free and intended for LGBTQ parents, prospective parents, LGBTQ kids and youth as well as allies. For those bringing small children with them, we will have little kid activities and toys in the large exhibitor space, but are unable to provide supervised child care. Healthy snacks will also be available. The deadline to register a school or homeschool program is April 15. Register here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/pfp-school-fair-2017. We have sponsorship opportunities to help us pay for the event, including ad space in the program booklet and thanks via social media and our newsletter as well as free tables. In addition to being available at the event itself, the school fair booklet will also be available for download on our web site and in print form at the Philly Pride Festival in June. Thank you to schools that have registered for the event so far.
