It's open space, with the traffic speeding by, but they're going too fast and too far away to tell what's going on. Lots of truckers and cruisers stop and get out to take a . Most of them will show their while taking a leak and shake it off real good if they are looking for some action. There is also a small dirt road (right where the pavement starts) that goes behind the hill and gets you on the side road
that travels north and south. I think it's a little safer there, but sometimes hard to get someone to follow. I can't count all the times I've been off and my fair share there. I'ts a mandatory rest stop for me when traveling towards LA.

It's about 8-10 miles south of Gorman, on the southbound side of I-5. Truck brake check, parking lot.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Park alongside the hill and wait for the action to in.
    Cruisiest Spots: Next to the hill on the right side (dirt lot), as soon as you pull in to the area.

  • Checked this place out last Thursday about 3:00pm. About five trucks, one against the hill a distance away from the others. As I passed, I thought I saw the trucker wave. I didn't stop. I think I may have missed a hook up. I was driving a silver GMC P/U.

  • I've stopped here too in the past and my luck has been uneven. But when there's action, it has been great. I've gone on the dirt road and had a trucker follow me across the frontage road into the bushes. I'd give the place two stars

  • yup please do stop at this rest area its ok but great to kick it in the bathroom and speed it up alittle and party it on more
