Great cruising area. Quiet and out of the way. Back camping area allows for privacy. Lots of bushes for those who like to stroll on the wild side.
Crowd: Oilefield workers, Travelling salesman, Farmers, Forestry workers.

Neighbourhood: 2 miles east of the Alberta/BC border and adjacent to the provincial weigh scales

Driver West from Grande Prairie on Hiway 43 towards BC Border. Or East from Dawson Creek towards Alberta Border. Located in Alberta, this campground offers endless possibilities.
  • Crowd:Oilefield workers, Travelling salesman, Farmers, Forestry workers.
  • Hours:Lunch time (11-1pm). Mid afternoon (4pm-6pm). Great potential for evening cruising.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Go up and chat with people
    Light a fire, and hang around for a 1/2 hour or more. Patience will prove successful.
    Cruisiest Spots: Washroom area. Also, at campstalls closest to Highway.
