Go to the atrium outside of the Library. Head past the library entrance towards the rear staircase. Turn left and find the elevator. Take this down to the lower level. Turn left as soon as you leave the elevator and there you are.

well this summer there are doing some construction in that basement and noone goes down there except workers so its pretty awkward...
