Warnings: A County Councilman says he will propose an anti-loitering ordinance to help curtail activities that have occurred recently in county parks. He is being forced to act after 15 to 20 men have been charged with various offenses, most of them in East Riverside and Butler Springs parks in the last 90 days. . He said the vice squad cannot arrest someone for hanging out near a park rest room. The officer must wait until propositioned, he said.
