Cruisiest Spots: Parking area in the back near ball fields and the gravel lot near the lake. Also two bathrooms, one by the ball fields, the other by the main foot entrence off Virginia Ave. Bathrooms closed for Winter open in late Spring, Summer,and early Fall. - Nudity / Policy:Family park, be discreet.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:A lot of city employees go there for lunch.
Warnings: Police cruise the area looking for "undesirables".

Warning guys went thru there today saw 3 undercover cops there they were smiling at the guys so please watch out

Take I-81 north to Halfway Blvd. Exit (The Valley Mall) Come up to the traffic light make a left onto Massey Blvd. follow all the way to the end. At that light make a right onto Wilson Blvd. to to 2nd traffic light make a left onto Virginia ave. (Rt# 11) come down to Park Circle go around circle and enter the park Action takes place at the top of the park in the parking lot near the ball fields. But be very careful ok. Undercover's have been working the park.
