Stopped to check out the view and decided to walk along the trail and find a place to . About 200 yards from the overlook, just out of sight, I met someone on the trail, said hi, and we both realized we were cruising (my hardon probably gave me away). We rubbed our dicks and found a spot off the trail where we & each other off.
Crowd: Hikers, campers, horse riders (although their area is on the other side of the park).

Near I-29, SW corner of Iowa. From I-29, take Exit 10 (Nebraska City) and go E on IA Hwy 2 for about 5 miles to the entrance of the State Park. Turn R (S) into the park, then take the first R into a small parking lot for the overlook. Hike up a short trail to the overlook with info about the Loess Hills and Lewis & Clark. Hike out along the ridge to your right (N) and watch for off-trail activity.
