Hoan Kiem Lake
Can be very active element around the Hoan Kiem Lake in the city centre. The guys there said that the police were 'no problem'. They are very cute guys -- short, but very handsome and always smiling. The Vietnamese seem to accept activity among younger males because pre-marital is strictly forbidden. I don't know how long that will last.
