I-59 North and South bound Parking Area

planing to DOT nap here 1 to 5 or so tonight. Any interest?

BEWARE....... I may just be paranoid about the whole thing but wanted to share something that I saw earlier tonight. I pulled into the south bound side and there was a charter bus parked in the lot. I pulled up and parked behind it. The driver partially opened the door and that was it. I flashed my lights and he opened the door completely. I always wait for a gesture before approaching anyone out there and never received one from this gentleman.

I am thinking that this was potentially a sting operation trying to catch guys cruising out there. All the windows of the bus were completely blacked out but I know the lights were on because I could see them through the very tops (1-2 inches) of each window. I know that in such sting operations cops are not supposed to make any gestures towards you because that would constitute entrapment on their behalf. They can only get you when you do all the soliciting yourself.

Does anyone else agree with me or am I just being entirely too paranoid?

Hey drove in yesterday. Is there a certain way to meet guys here. I am kind of shy and really dont know what i am doing. I will be there around 1:00 today northbound. Would love some tips thanks

I stopped by the south side on Tuesday night and waited for 2-3 hours before having any fun. At first just older guys that I wasn't interested in. I was getting ready to leave and my luck changed. Some hot, young gorgeous stud pulled in and we hit right off. He was so hot and got my load in a short time...Very hot!...then I waited a few more minutes and a hot, young, hung trucker pulled up and we played for a couple of hours and got each other off. Yummy!

Guzzler, I am not sure about any particular times. I only go out there sporadically.

Was out there earlier tonight. South bound side had more traffic but i only saw action on the north bound side.

Any hot action on south side on Monday nites?

muriatic acid was used on the base of the light poles at my local rest area and it eat up the base of them so bad that they fell over. They are still scratching their heads as to why all the light poles fell over and are lying flat on the ground , LOL! try it it definitly works, muriatic acid can be bought at any local hardware store and is dirt cheap!

North bound was closed for a short time due to a chemical spill. They had to come back to check the levels of whatever it was they spilled. It is open now, but still to bright.

The northbound (the best one) is all closed up. Anyone know why?

What's up with the Northbound. Closed off Friday and Sunday when I went through...That and I saw the tape around a portion of the north end.

young trucker parked here southbound all night....

Trkrbear is dead-on about the lights. However, there are several spots you can get that is still pretty dark. On the southbound side you can park to the side of the ramp coming into and leaving, and you can also walk the trails. The northbound's entry ramp isn't that great, but the exiting one is.

Now lit up like a Wally world lot. So much for playing in the dark. Bring your shades!

As there anyone going out there late (after midnight until 2:00 or so) anytime this week? I can make it out there late any night but I like to know there will be some action before I go.

Last week twice during the day the MHP did the come back up the exit ramp trick...rode through, turned around and left. One time (around noon Friday) the locals scattered, and I couldn't tell if he chased them.
