Keep your expectations low - the locker room may be clean but the rest of the sauna is quite run down. The wood in the dry sauna is crumbling and the tile in the steam room is mostly cracked, some showerheads may not work and many of the shower partitions were missing. There are two bathing pools though the water level in each was low.

Despite being in bad need of repair be prepared to see female staff cleaning. On the second floor there is a small kitchen with sitting area that can prepare food and drink along with a separate room with couches for action. Not much privacy here though. There is an open air space and a gym (a bench and some weights) on the third floor.

The Vietnamese men here were a wide range in age and build, but most seemed very forward. I wound up on my back in the steam room getting my eaten by one guy and my by another.

For an extra 20,000 you can get a mage as well, though be prepared to be asked by your meur for a tip afterwards. He'll suggest $10, (about 150,000 dong) but you may wish to barter depending on the quality of "service" you get.
