Walk along Wellington street from the escalators in the direction of car traffic (away from central --West). At the first lane you come to, turn left (up hill). If you come to a lane with many fruit stalls you have walked a lane too far, turn back. You should be able to see the toilet sign after you pass the hardware stalls at the entrance to the lane.
